Students from Moses Field Center recently had the exciting opportunity to attend a performance of Habit at the Detroit Opera House through the district's Cultural Passport program. For many students, this was a unique and memorable experience that allowed them to enjoy live theater in a beautiful and welcoming setting. The trip provided students with the opportunity to explore the arts outside the classroom while gaining new experiences alongside their classmates and staff.

The students, many of whom were in wheelchairs, were able to fully participate and enjoy the performance thanks to the accessibility and support provided throughout the trip. From the moment they arrived, the students were excited to take in the sights, sounds, and energy of the theater. The field trip not only brought smiles and excitement to everyone involved, but it also highlighted the importance of providing inclusive opportunities for all students to experience culture, creativity, and community.
